The land sits on the easterly side of Highway 126 with 680 feet of road frontage, a width of 1,320 feet and a depth of 3,300 feet. The parcel is accessible year-round via a great network of maintained highways and roads.

Topography of the land is generally level, averaging 150 feet (46 meters) above sea level. The land is very nicely wooded throughout in Poplar deciduous trees and Fir and Spruce Evergreen Trees. The forest was was pre-commercially thinned years ago to promote growth and the trees are well spaced and understory sees lots of sunlight. The forest supports a diverse natural habitat of wildlife and birds.

Towards the easterly end of the land there is a small brook, named Taylor Brook, that crosses through the land and there are a couple of small ponds on the property as well. There is a good chance of catching a Brook Trout here in the Spring and Fall fishing seasons.
For those who enjoy hunting, this is an excellent area for White-Tail-Deer and even Black Bear. Moose are frequently spotted here. Small game such as rabbit as well as grouse, partridge and ducks and here in numbers.

ATV and snowmobile recreation trails that can be accessed directly from your land connect to a huge network of marked and maintained trails. This really is a paradise for the outdoor enthusiast and those who enjoy nature.

It is only a short drive from your land to access the Richibucto River which is a poplar body of water for boating, fishing and water activities. Pontoon boats and motor boats are common here you can boat all the way out to the towns of Rexton and Richibucto, continuing out to the Northumberland Strait (ocean waters).

Your acreage is within convenient driving distance to the city of Moncton. Route 126 leads South to Moncton about 40 minutes or 55 kilometers distant. Moncton in the province of New Brunswick’s largest city and urban centre and has an international airport.
Route 126 North will take you to Miramichi and the Miramichi River in about 40 minutes or 65 kilometers. The Miramichi River is known for world class salmon fishing.

From the community of Harcourt, Route 116 leads east via Bass River, Rexton, Richibucto to the Northumberland Strait in about 30 minutes or 45 kilometers. Just north of Richibucto is Kouchibouguac National Park with miles of sand beaches along the Northumberland Strait.

The Northumberland Strait is home to the warmest ocean water temperatures in Canada, with some areas reaching 77 degrees Fahrenheit or 25 degrees Celcius.
