This is a fantastic two acre parcel of land located in the small rural community Coal Branch, where you’ll find nice home sites and friendly neighbours. Topography of the land is generally flat, averaging 175 feet above sea level. The parcel is nicely treed in coniferous trees - mostly spruces, pine and fir. From the back of your land you can make your way to the Coal Branch River where there is fishing for perch and brook trout. In behind the river is close to 2000 acres of crown lands - excellent for a variety of outdoor recreational activities.

Getting here is easy. From Moncton, the province’s second largest city and urban centre (population ~126,000), take exit 450 from Trans Canada Highway (HWY #2) onto Route 126 toward Miramichi. Follow Route 126 north for 30 miles to Coal Branch. The land is just yards north of the Route 515 intersection along Route 126 on your right hand side.
