Access to your land is seasonal as this section of Spring Brook Road is not plowed for snow through the winter months.

Your land borders a large section of Crown Lands on the south end. The recreation trails for hiking, ATVing, and biking are right at your doorstep and gives you easy access to many miles of trails through thousands of acres of woodlands, past brooks, and through crown lands for your recreation use. At Bouctouche follow the beautiful Bouctouche River west via HWY 515 past Saint-Marie-de-Kent, continuing north on HWY 495 for 17 kilometers (~14 minutes) past Saint-Fabien, Bastarache, to South Branch.
