Through the length of the property is a nice road that leads you right down to the water. This road is a valuable feature to the property considering the costs to construct such a road. At your private waterfront there is a cleared area roughly 20 meters by 20 meters in area which will make an excellent spot to park a camper, small trailer and other vehicles. Here you can launch your boat into the water, place your picnic table and fire pit on site and enjoy the natural setting, sights and sounds of the water and wildlife. The wide Stillwater extending for a mile or so in either direction.
DIRECTIONS:
Getting here is fairly straightforward. From Halifax take Highway 103 south approximately 100 kilometers to Bridgewater. In Bridgewater take Exit 12, turning right on Highway 10 (North) for 23 kilometers to New Germany. In New Germany, turn right on Barss Corner Road through town and follow this road for 4.3 kilometers to Stanburne Road on your left. Once you are on Stanburne Road, it is 8.7 kilometers to your properties easterly corner, another few hundred meters up the road you will see the property # and a little further, a yellow gate across the road which leads you down to the water.
