Lot 40A is a newly surveyed 2.38 acre treed lot in the Widow Point Development, located on the MacKenzie Point Peninsula, jutting out at the south western end of the famed Bras d’Or Lakes in Cape Breton. Cape Breton is a 6,500 square kilometre island lying off the northeastern coast of Nova Scotia. The Canso Causeway, completed in 1955, connects mainland Nova Scotia to Cape Breton Island by road.
